Portfolio project / Robotics / Enterprise GTM

Three systems. One enterprise revenue engine.

A 90-day GTM blueprint for a hypothetical warehouse robotics startup: attract the right enterprise buyers, qualify with AI and human judgment, and create a credible path to paid pilots.

The commercial thesis

Robotics buyers buy outcomes, not autonomy alone.

Buyers need evidence of throughput gains, operational reliability, safer workflows, and attractive deployment economics. This project connects technical capabilities to a measurable buyer outcome, without claiming ROI that hasn't been measured.

Illustrative offer: a paid, scoped warehouse automation assessment that may lead to a time-boxed pilot with agreed success criteria.

01 / Inbound demand engine

Publish problem-led articles and search content about robotic picking ROI, AMR congestion, exception handling, and pilot readiness. Distribute through organic social, webinars, and podcasts. Convert attention through targeted landing pages, checklists, and CRM-connected forms.

02 / Human-in-the-loop system

Use AI agents to assist with account research, enrichment, qualification, personalized drafting, and follow-up preparation. Require human review for consequential judgments and external communications. Log approvals and outcomes in the CRM.

03 / Outbound engagement engine

Build a narrow list of target 3PLs, fulfillment operators, and manufacturers. Use relevant, personalized email and direct messages, with compliant calling where appropriate. Route responses to discovery, assessment, and pilot discussions.

90-day implementation

Start with ICP and buyer interviews, build the initial content and landing page, connect CRM and qualification workflows, then test small outbound sequences. Review meeting quality, assessment conversions, paid pilots, and operational feedback before scaling.

How success is measured

Track qualified traffic, content-to-lead conversion, qualified meetings, meeting-to-assessment rate, paid pilot conversion, and sourced pipeline. Favor credible, measurable outcomes over impressions or raw lead counts.

This is a conceptual portfolio project, not a representation of a live client engagement, existing customer results, or implemented production AI agents.
